1) What are the advantages of the INHORGENTA MUNICH Media?The INHORGENTA MUNICH Media (Show Guide, Online Catalog and App) offer excellent possibilities to successfully present your company, products and brands as well as decisively increase your transactions and contacts. The list of exhibitors with a link to the Online Catalog assists visitors to prepare their fair attendance perfectly in advance and enables them to search for your company, brands and products - worldwide and year-round.

2) What is a basic entry?The basic entry is published in all the INHORGENTA MUNICH Media (print, online, app) and is an obligatory part of your trade fair participation - as in article B3 of the trade fair conditions. The media fee for 450 € contains the basic entry which includes publishing of the following data:

3) How can I most effectively promote my innovations and highlights?Take advantage of the possibility to present your latest products (print, online, app) by booking a presentation or one of the Media Packages. You also have the option to place your fair and product innovations prominently on www.inhorgenta.com.
4) I would like to book, but don't have product images yet. Can I hand them in later?Of course, you can send us your product images later. They don't have to be available when booking. If your product range changes, you can always exchange your product images and texts throughout the year. This service is free of charge!
5) In which formats do we have to send our logo?In case you wish to have one or more logos for your entries, please upload them online at the Exhibitor Shop under "media services", e-mail them to email@example.com or mail them on a data carrier to:

We need your data in one of the following formats: eps, .tif, .bmp or .jpg, 4c, min. 800 dpi
The size of the image will be stipulated by INHORGENTA MUNICH Media Services.
6) Which formats do I have to consider upon creating an advertisement for the INHORGENTA MUNICH Media?After booking, you will receive detailed information by e-mail. Please send us your ad in one of the following formats: Xpress, Freehand, Illustrator or PDF. 3 mm bleed on all sides of the ad and a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
7) How can I be found in the alphabetical list of exhibitors under another name or letter?When booking, please indicate under which keyword/letter you would like to be listed in the alphabetical list of exhibitors. If you wish to have an additional entry under another name, please indicate it under 'entry under an additional name' when booking.
8) How can I be sure that my bookings are correct?After booking, you will receive a confirmation by fax or e-mail. In case the entries are not correct, please send the confirmation back to us including all the corrections. You will again receive a confirmation including all the corrections.
9) What if I do not know my user ID and password?To log-in and book online, you need a user name and password. You should have received this information by e-mail from the team of the Exhibitor Shop. In case you do not have your user name and password available, please contact the support of the Exhibitor Shop at tel. +49 89 949-11398 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
10) I don't get along with booking online. Can I send you my data informally?Of course, you can e-mail us all the necessary information for your entries at email@example.com or fax them to +49 89 666166-49. You will then receive a confirmation of your entries and the costs. If necessary, you can make further corrections.
11) Where can I see the costs of my bookings?After the receipt of your bookings, we will e-mail or fax you a confirmation as soon as possible. This will contain a detailed overview of your entries and costs.
12) I have made a mistake on booking online. Can I still correct it?You are able to correct your online booking as long as INHORGENTA MUNICH Media Services is not processing your order. While handling your data, your order will be blocked. After receiving our confirmation, you can modify your entries again as necessary.
